Monthly dues and food and beverage credit may be adjusted from time to time at the discretion of the Club.
An Individual Membership is owned by the individual, Corporate Membership is owned by the Corporation, re-designation is effected upon payment of a "change of designee fee", and there is no limit to the number of times such change may be made.

International Associate Club (IAC) network opens doors to nearly 250 of the most illustrious private Clubs worldwide. When travelling, as a Member you will benefit from visitor privileges to all IAC Clubs which vary from fitness, golf and country clubs to fine business Clubs.
Superior facilities with choices of dining and atmosphere - including lounges and social areas, Western and Chinese dining both formal and casual, private meeting rooms, outdoor spaces, wine and cigar rooms, a theatre, large spa, hair salon, state of the art fitness facilities, dance studio, children's play area and even a swimming pool with a retractable roof.
Complimentary and unrestricted use of all Health and Fitness facilities are provided to Members, including the swimming pool, luxurious locker rooms, sauna, steam room, gym, rest areas and the use of all associated amenities.
Complimentary secure parking for Members and their guests at the front of the Club or in the Canton Club reserved underground parking areas (available on a first come first serve basis) with direct and private elevator access to the Club.
Each member is entitled to one hour of complimentary usage of the meeting rooms on each visit to the Club with competitively priced room hire charges thereafter. No room hire charges for private dining rooms only reasonable minimum spend requirements.
The Club will be establishing a number of "Official Club Partners" to provide travel opportunities and discounts, services and special benefits exclusively tailored to Club Members.
Spouse and children under the age of 21 reveive mambership cards and Members can bring as many guests to the Club as they like, there is no guest fee except for use of the Health and Fitness facilities.
Answer: The Club currently has over 700 distinguished Members. The quality and seniority of members is the #1 consideration of any leading Club. Membership is by invitation and with the active support of the Board of Advisors; the Canton Club has achieved an outstanding membership of high caliber. Member's names and details are always kept strictly confidential and never shared with any 3rd party.
Answer: Parking at the front of the Club is limited; however, a dedicated secure Members underground parking area is located in B1 of the Club building (No.24) with direct elevator access to all Club floors. There are two entrances to the underground parking one at building 26 (at the corner of Hai Qing and Hai Yue Road) and one at building 10 (at the corner of Hai Feng and Hai Ming Road).
Answer: Yes, you can bring as many guests to the Club as you like and there is no guest fee except for use of the Health and Fitness facilities. The current guest fee for the I leath and Fitness facilities is RMB 200. Guest must be accompanied by the Member unless specific permission is sought from the General Manager.
The Canton Club is private and never advertised and as a Member you are encouraged and have the privilege to assist in the Membership growth of the Club by recommending suitable friends, colleagues and business associates for membership. To propose an individual for membership, please call your Membership Manager and a invitation will be extended on your behalf, following and subject to approval of the Membership committee.
Answer: Your Membership Manager can arrange an invitation to be extended on your behalf, your friend will be asked to fill in an application form, which then needs to be approved by our Admissions Committee. Once the application is approved they will be required to pay the initiation fee, then they will be invited for an enrollment session where their membership credentials will be presented to them. Once they become Members we shall let you know and during the enrollment session they will be offered the opportunity to support the tradition of "Membership by Invitation" also.
Answer: First of all, we know from operating Clubs in many other countries over many years that the primary reason for people joining a Club is because they are invited by a current Member. Members' sense of "belonging" and "ownership" are increased by this policy and it helps develop and protect the prestige of the Club. The quality and social status of Members is the consideration of any leading Club. In the short time since the grand opening The Canton Club has achieved an outstanding membership of high caliber, and as a result is establishing itself as the most prestigious Club in Southern China.
Answer: We want to create an active Club with a good atmosphere but we also want to ensure Members are comfortable and we have no compaction issues. Over the first few years we hope to steadily grow the membership. As the membership grows, the increasing joining fee reflects the positive feedback of market demand, and it becomes important source for us to reinvest into our facilities and service improvements. The membership of a leading club is always an intangible asset and its increased value may eventually contribute in returns in Members' initial investment.
